Haji Food Store started in 1955 by two brothers from a small shop on Tweedale Street in Rochdale. The shop catered mostly to the Asian section of what was known as the North's Little Pakistan. The Organisation40 years later, Haji Food Store has grown to become Haji Cash & Carry, thanks to Haji Mohammed Din, and Haji Maqbool Ahmed's insatiable desire to succeed, along with many hours of hard work and sacrifice. Today their sons oversee Haji's operations from a wholesale and corporate 8000 sq feet Headquarters located in the heart of Rochdale.
